The List Below Reflects All Accommodations!

Fees:

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights

  • Minimum guests: 2 guests

  • Daily Rate: $110/person 1 night

  • Weekly Rate: $650/person 7 nights

  • Daily Group Rate (4 or more): $95/person 1 night

  • Weekly Group Rate (4 or more) : $560/person 7 nights

  • Maximum occupancy of 6 people but only 5 horses at this time

  • Payment is accepted by check, or credit card (Stripe)

Payment and Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 31 days before your reservation will be refunded minus a $55 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 31 days from your reservation are non-refundable; unless the property  exceptions potentially provided on an individual basis, a refund will be granted minus a $55 processing fee.

  • Deposits not received by the required date will lose reservation.

  • Balances are required upon arrival.

  • 50% Deposit on all reservations. 

Other Information:
  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can go to the Assembly Area. Day parking and ride the Southern trails from there. (Check with us to see if we may be able to offer a early check-in.  Call: 1-315-949-1668

Dogs:

  • Dogs: There is an additional fee of $40 if you bring a dog to camp, additional inside cleaning. This fee is due when you pay your balance.

  • Don’t forget – Prior permission is required to bring your dog each year. Please do not ask us if you can bring your dog if he/she is not very well behaved, friendly and quiet. If approved the following applies:


    • Crate dimensions 42″L x 28″W x 30″ H. 
    • Please No wild uncontrolled nuisance barkers allowed. 
    • 
A large crate with pad is provided.
    • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

    • You must clean up after your dog.
    • Dogs must be kept with you and not running loose.
    • You are 100% responsible for any damages that may occur.  ie: Chewed furniture etc.
    • Dogs not allowed to roam.
